This type of eating has changed my life -- and my health! I didn't realized I was addicted to sugar and processed foods. After leaving them out of my meal plan, the food binges stopped and I was more in control. I learned this at Zacharias Ganey, a fabulous center -- but any reputable doctor or nutritionist can guide a person to a healthier nutrition plan.
